Refund Policy – JSBT Holidays

We strive to deliver the best travel experience possible. However, in the event of cancellations or amendments, our refund policy is as follows:

General Guidelines

  • No refunds will be provided for partially or fully unused services, including but not limited to: airline tickets, hotel bookings, meals, entrance fees, optional tours, or sightseeing activities.

  • If JSBT Holidays cancels a tour, a full refund will be issued after deducting actual expenses incurred (e.g., visa processing fees, third-party costs).

  • Refunds are subject to evaluation by JSBT Holidays, based on actual costs incurred and contracts with third-party providers.

Force Majeure / Act of God

If a tour is cancelled or altered due to Force Majeure (natural disasters, pandemics, political unrest, etc.), JSBT Holidays reserves the sole right to determine the refund amount, if any, after reviewing all associated costs and penalties imposed by third-party vendors.

Currency and Processing Time

  • All refunds, regardless of the original payment currency, will be issued in Indian Rupees at the prevailing exchange rate on the date of refund.

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within a minimum of 45 working days from the date of cancellation or request.

Non-Refundable Deposits

  • Non-refundable deposits are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances. This includes cancellations made by the customer due to failure in making timely payments, visa rejections, personal inability to travel (including due to illness or death), or absence of valid travel documents.

Partial Service Non-Usage

No refunds will be issued for:

  • Services included in the tour package but not availed (e.g., missed meals, room stays, excursions).

  • Lost, mislaid, or destroyed tickets or travel vouchers.
